    1. Wow, good to know. I’m happy to meet people who humbly share their knowledge about essential oils. I agree, they are wonderful. 🙂

  1. As a qualified Aromatherapist, I urge you to make ‘contra-indications’ and allergic reactions a primary post, before allowing your followers to assume essential oils are safe for everyone. Dosage for psychological benefits e.g. uplifting and mind clarifying vary considerably to those applications for physical symptoms e.g. sprains, burns etc.

Essential Oils have amazing therapeutic benefits for many people, but should never replace trained and experienced medical advice if anyone has a health concern.
Source of growing, extraction methods etc have significant influence on the end therapeutic action. Adulteration with inferior oils or even replacement with synthetic oils has no place in health treatment.

    1. Hi Vicki, this topic is covering the definition of essential oils. I agree with you that safety must be emphasized that’s why there’s a topic of diluting essential oils coz it could be harsh to others especially babies. To accommodate your suggestion, I can link that post in this post.

You’re right that experienced medical advice is important. Please be informed that this page has a medical disclaimer in place.

I agree with you that synthetic essential oils have no place in health treatment, absolutely. I am not sure if you’ve already heard of ‘Young Living Essential Oils’. They’ve been producing unadulterated, high grade essential oils and has been in the business for 25 years. They have their own farms around the globe and have 4 million members enjoying the benefits of pure essential oils and other organic products. And those are the products I’m about to share in this page. I appreciate your input and thank you for stopping by.

  2. That’s a huge topic presented in a simple, narrow way. Presenting research on each essential oil would be interesting or at least the most useful ones. Just an idea. What are the top 5 oils for the hair, skin, etc. Then talk about ones that focus on medicine.

    1. True, those are actually part of future posts. I will also be sharing DIYs. Stick around for more, thank you and I appreciate your suggestions. 🙂
